Did you Lose Your Pocket Watch in Community Park?

Nine-year-old Emmaus resident finds Mickey Mouse pocket watch in Emmaus Community Park and wants to locate its rightful owner.

A 9-year-old Emmaus resident and his dad are hoping that Emmaus Patch readers can help them to find the rightful owner of a rather distinctive timepiece in their possession.

The boy, who will be a 4th-grader at Jefferson Elementary School, found the watch in Emmaus Community Park on the last day of the summer playground camp run by the borough of Emmaus.

He told his dad that he wants to try to find the owner of the pocket watch and his dad contacted Emmaus Patch for help.

The picture of the front of the watch is included here. The back of the pocket watch includes an inscription. If the watch belongs to you, please email jennifer.marangos@patch.com and include the words of the inscription. The owner will then be put in touch with the father and son to make arrangements for picking up the timepiece.

What an honest young man. He will go places in life, I believe. Good things shall happen to him. Good for you! How proud your parents must be. I am.
